Absolute Beginner Yoga
This is an ongoing series of classes designed to teach the basic principles and poses of yoga. Each class will introduce new yoga poses and will be interactive, as well as informative. Unlike traditional yoga classes, participants will be encouraged to ask questions to customize the poses to their own body.
Join us for a fun and gentle workout designed to sculpt and tone. This class combines simple latin dance steps and technique with no high impact jumping so you can safely enjoy the sculpting benefits of latin dance. The class also includes the toning benefits of a barre class. This class is safe for all beginners and taught by a physical therapist. If you have always wanted to try a barre class but thought it was too hard or intense this is the perfect class for you to gain strength and confidence in the movements combined with the cardio fun of latin dance.
